Conti Warehouses is committed to growing its portfolio through acquisitions.  We are long-term holders and prefer assets that meet the following criteria.

Property Types:  Industrial, however exceptional deals will be considered in other property types.

Deal Size:  $1-$10 Million

Location:  Primarily Tarrant County, however the entire DFW Metroplex is within range

Deal Profiles:  We have been successful in the value-add arena and will always consider properties requiring lease-up and/or renovation.  Vacant properties priced below replacement cost will be considered.

Stabilized Assets:  Multi-tenant properties are preferred, but single tenant assets with leases in place are attractive.

Sale/Leasebacks:  We will consider sale/leasebacks, preferring leases at or below market.  We will consider properties and credits on case by case basis at cap rates of 8% and above.

We have the ability to be  very creative with our acquisitions and can respond to all submittals quickly.
